WHO IS GRISELDE?
Fascinated by the body’s capabilities, the power of relationships, and the human experience, Griselde wondered from a young age « where, when, why, and how » we can tap into the 85-90% of the mind that we don’t use.
Her curiosity about well being at all levels, her conscience, her interactions, her life experiences, and her desire for constant improvement have relentlessly brought her to reflect inward. She learned to clearly see and understand the importance of mind-body balance and all that exudes from the heart.
Trained in Europe, where she lived for more than 15 years, in England, Quebec, and the United States, Griselde combines conventional and alternative approaches to health. She has been shaped by numerous teachers, chance encounters, and travels; her methods have been influenced by a spiritual journey that brought her to philosophies from both the east and the west.
She opened « ORA » in 2010, in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue. for people searching a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Having experienced adversity in her personal, entrepreneurial, and athletic life, she understands the importance of support, which you will always find at « Ora ».
As a professional volleyball player in France from 1990 to 1997 and VICE WORLD CHAMPION in Dragon Boat in 2010, Griselde knows how to find the right path and how to turn thoughts into actions. Known for her enthusiasm, perseverance, leadership, and courage when faced with difficult times Griselde is an empowering speaker motivating others to reach their full potential.
As a life coach she specializes in stress management, anxiety, relationships, healing. She helps people align themselves, re-center on the essentials, and focus on putting the body, mind, and heart back in the right place!
